PRESENT JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES
To raise the profile of the Customer Response Centre by providing a first line technical support facility to internal and external customers and to expedite faster resolution of customer queries by: solving technical LAN, WAN, and hardware queries over the phone without Field Services visiting the site and providing the Field Services group with value adding information on both the problem and the diagnostics undertaken.

HOBBIES AND INTERESTS:
When ever possible I enjoy a bit of sport. Whether it be energetic sports such as Sky Diving, Bungy Jumping and Caving or the lesser adventurous sports such as Horse Riding, Tennis, and Soccer.
I successfully completed the New York Marathon several years ago, which I consider to be my main sporting achievement. This led to several prestigious invitations including a presentation evening with H.R.H The Duke of Edinburgh.
Travel has always intrigued me. Over the past decade I have encountered different cultures in Europe, America, Australia and The Far East.
I recently successfully completed the TAFE Information Technology Certificate IV obtaining straight "A"s.
During quieter periods I simply enjoy relaxing with music.
